Rex Greene (aka The Doctor) was born and raised in Hartford, CT. Throughout his youth, he performed in the church choir of Mount Olive Baptist Church. After high school, Rex joined the Army and thereafter, during a visit to see family at a Germany military base, Rex was asked to join a part-civilian/part-military band that performed in Germany, Amsterdam and Ipswich, England. Upon his return to the United States, Rex worked with several notable musical groups and as member of one of those bands, in 1999 Rex participated in the release of a CD. Today, Rex still continues his choral work, at his childhood church, leading the soulful Men’s Choir.
